Host Bret Amundson visits a group of retired 3M coworkers turned lifelong fishing friends for an annual angling trip to Lake of the Woods. A tradition starting sometime in the eighties, the group reflects on memories made over the years and they enjoy angling for Lake of the Woods walleyes.
Spiny waterfleas are interrupting the aquatic food web in some of Minnesota’s most popular walleye lakes. The invasive zooplankton has been found in 23 of the state’s inland lakes since they first arrived in the 1990s through the Great Lakes shipping industry.
