Minnesota Prairie Chicken Society marks 50 years of advocacy

“On Earth Day, April 22, the Minnesota Prairie Chicken Society convened in Rothsay, the “Prairie Chicken Capital of Minnesota.” This, their 50th annual meeting, was billed on social media as a “big celebration.” Throughout the day MPCS demonstrated that it won’t be resting on its laurels, however; it is instead looking confidently to the next half-century of conservation work, and beyond.” READ MORE
